📋 Description

• Provide clinical expertise and therapy services through BetterHelp’s online telehealth platform • Conduct scheduled live sessions and communicate through shared journals, audio and video messages, clinical worksheets, and goal setting/tracking • Establish a full clinical caseload through consistent referrals • Focus on clinical work while BetterHelp handles client acquisition, billing, support, and operations • Exercise autonomy over clinical decisions and select clinically appropriate approaches • Work with clients matched to specific areas of expertise and presenting concerns • Maintain privacy and confidentiality using secure, encrypted phone, video, and text-based communication

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience (required) • Master’s degree (required) • Full independent clinical license, such as LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, Psychologist, or PsyD • Fully licensed by a State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision • Experience counseling adults, couples, and/or teens • Private and professional environment for conducting sessions • Excellent written communication • Professional liability insurance • Reliable Internet connection • Currently residing in the US • Not an intern and does not require supervision to provide therapy services • Not a substance abuse counselor, school counselor, registered nurse, career counselor, Christian counselor, or business coach unless holding an additional mental health counselor license
