📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient therapy through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan, including adolescents ages 13–17 • Provide approximately 30 patient-facing hours weekly, typically seeing 6–8 patients daily • Diagnose and treat mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions • Work a fixed Monday–Friday schedule during an available 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, or 11am–8pm ET shift

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred and other languages a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to conduct comprehensive assessments • Current independent clinical licensure, including LCSW or another listed clinical credential • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week and typically 6–8 patients per day • Ability to complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions • Willingness to provide therapy to adolescents ages 13–17 • Experience providing one-on-one psychotherapy within the last 12 months
