📋 Description

• Provide psychotherapy to clients through short-term goal-focused EAP and employer health plans • Treat adults identified through brief, evidence-based online screenings • Optionally treat children, adolescents, couples, or families • Maintain availability calendar and complete timely session documentation in the EHR • Use evidence-based, client-tailored treatment modalities and interventions • Collaborate with provider support, licensed clinical care navigation, and administrative care support teams • Participate in supervision, maintain work-experience logs, complete quarterly reviews, and follow Ohio supervisory documentation and approval requirements • Provide culturally competent and empathetic care across races, ethnicities, and genders • Use feedback from evidence-based measures to improve care • Deliver care through Spring Health’s AI-native, tech-enabled mental health platform

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Licensed Social Worker (LSW) license in Ohio • Eligible to practice psychotherapy under appropriate clinical supervision with an LISW-S in Ohio • NPI 1 number, or ability to obtain one • Active malpractice insurance • Master’s degree in social work from a CSWE-accredited or accreditation-candidate program • Agreement to work with a Spring Health-assigned Ohio LISW-S and complete required clinical and training supervision, including at least one supervision hour per 20 qualifying work hours • Dedicated office space for virtual therapy and reliable internet • Comfort with technology, online calendars, electronic notes, case files, documentation, and Zoom • Training and experience in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT, or CPT; applicable training required before practicing specialized modalities • Ability to provide safety planning and intervention for higher-risk client situations • Ability to work independently within license boundaries while seeking supervision and consultation • Openness to clinically integrated AI tools • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. • Must not be actively employed by listed direct competitors during employment
