<Beyou Behavior Therapy> is a caregiver-led Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) provider that coaches and trains families to embed autism and developmental supports into everyday routines using telehealth coaching, shared caregiver training, and matched in‑home therapists. They emphasize real-life skill building (not screen-based therapy), offer multilingual and cross-cultural care, work with major insurers and regional funding partners, and focus on immediate-start coaching that builds caregiver capacity and lasting progress.

📋 Description

• Provide clinical supervision for assigned clients • Conduct direct parent/caregiver calls and provide caregiver training • Directly supervise BTs and RBTs supporting assigned clients • Participate in indirect clinical collaboration with the treatment team • Review clinical data and provide recommendations • Support development and implementation of individualized treatment recommendations • Provide ethical, evidence-based behavioral services • Maintain a minimum caseload of 5 clients • Complete required client services and associated documentation • Collaborate with RBTs, BTs, caregivers, and Beyou’s clinical team • Communicate client progress and treatment recommendations • Participate in team discussions and case collaboration • Complete accurate clinical documentation within required timelines • Ensure services comply with approved treatment plans and applicable requirements • Stay current with evidence-based ABA practices • Support Beyou’s caregiver-led approach to behavioral healthcare • Contribute to knowledge sharing, cultural awareness, and teamwork

🎯 Requirements

• Current BCBA certification in good standing • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or a related field • Strong understanding of evidence-based ABA principles • Ability to provide clinical supervision and caregiver training • Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills • Ability to manage an assigned caseload independently • Ability to meet clinical, operational, documentation, and compliance standards • Comfortable working in a technology-enabled clinical environment • Minimum caseload of 5 clients • Experience with caregiver coaching or parent training is nice to have • Experience supervising BTs or RBTs is nice to have • Experience working with culturally diverse populations is nice to have • Telehealth experience is nice to have • Experience with caregiver-mediated intervention models is nice to have
