📋 Description

• Conduct independent desk research into therapeutic areas, patient needs, competitors, and markets • Support primary research through discussion guides, surveys, interviews, and synthesis • Apply hypothesis-based problem-solving to structure client challenges and guide research and analysis • Use approved AI tools to support research and analysis, checking outputs for accuracy • Analyze qualitative and quantitative evidence to generate insights and strategic implications • Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to address client questions • Help prepare and facilitate client workshops, capturing decisions and next steps • Develop clear, visual client deliverables that translate findings into strategic recommendations • Own assigned tasks, manage deadlines, and check work quality before review • Take ownership of project timelines and day-to-day coordination, communicating dependencies and flagging risks or delays early • Support commercial strategy consulting projects for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients across portfolio and asset strategy, brand and launch strategy, and commercial growth

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS required; MBA or Master’s in a related field preferred • 6 months-4 years' experience in a relevant space, including healthcare consulting, research, pharma or biotech, medical communications, behavioral science, or academic work with real-world application • Strategic, curious, and client-focused mindset • Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint • Initiative, strong organisational skills, and attention to detail • Ownership of deadlines and work quality • Clear written and verbal communication and strong collaboration skills • Adaptability and emotional intelligence • Familiarity with AI tools for research and analysis • Judgment to assess AI output accuracy and relevance
