📋 Description

• Visit wholesale agency partners nationally • Monitor and foster agency relationships • Grow a book of business • Understand and communicate BHHC’s non admitted property products • Arrange virtual visits and in person travel • Act as decision maker regarding agency appointments and commitments • Identify opportunities for new business and collaborate with company underwriters • Develop the marketing strategy for assigned agents

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience • 3-5 years related work experience • Knowledge of Property & Casualty insurance and rating insurance products • Understanding of Excess & Surplus Lines Insurance • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to organize time and resources and handle multiple priorities • Research and evaluate alternatives, reach decisions, and make recommendations
