📋 Description

• Define and drive the L1 Agent roadmap, staying hands-on through delivery • Partner with GTM teams across enablement, marketing, and launch activities • Run customer discovery with design partners and enterprise users • Partner closely with engineering to ship AI-native product capabilities • Collaborate across product groups to ensure platform-wide alignment • Shape customer experience and trust in the AI agent through conversational flows, transparency into agent decisions, and feedback loops • Advance the roadmap and bring an agentic AI product to enterprise scale • Contribute to expanding self-service and automated customer adoption and growth paths • Operate with direct customer contact and ownership in a startup-mode team within BigPanda

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Product Manager building B2B SaaS products end-to-end • Track record of shipping AI or ML products to production • Strong product-UX instincts, with a focus on experiences customers can adopt on their own • Technical fluency and comfort engaging with engineering on architecture and system design • Experience running customer discovery, interviews, and design partner programs • Experience partnering with GTM teams (sales, marketing, customer success) to shape positioning, enablement, and adoption • Proven ability to lead product strategy from problem definition through go-live • Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments • Experience with observability and incident workflows, and the operator experience around them (nice-to-have) • Founder or 0-to-1 product experience (nice-to-have) • Must be located in the USA Eastern time zone • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
