📋 Description

• Work with client stakeholders and internal team members to develop project plans and track milestones and deliverables • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders • Track and manage project budgets and resources • Identify issues and risks and mitigate scope, cost, and schedule impacts • Work with professional services, sales, and product teams to produce resource, time, and budget estimates • Collaborate with contributors and stakeholders by communicating expectations and providing project updates • Manage projects through planning, development, testing, and delivery phases • Support and participate in requirements, design, demo, and training sessions with business stakeholders • Contribute to detailed discussions using Billing expertise and best practices • Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring for the team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree • 4–6 years of experience managing multiple implementation projects within the Billing ecosystem • SaaS billing (CPQ, Quote-to-Cash) solutions implementation experience is required • Experience in waterfall, agile, and blended environments • Familiarity with modern project and work management tools, such as Jira • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional, technical, and non-technical teams • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills • Ability to negotiate and collaborate with people with different skill sets, backgrounds, and positions • Self-motivated and independent • Ability to learn quickly
