📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of large to moderately complex projects within strategic initiatives, from project definition and intake through transition to operational support • Drive project strategy and alignment with broader business objectives and client perspectives • Establish project success criteria with clients and internal stakeholders • Lead project intake, including scope, schedule, and cost estimates • Define project goals, objectives, team roles, and responsibilities • Manage one or more large-scale projects to deliver on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives • Manage daily and weekly team assignments and monitor progress against work plans • Identify project changes and facilitate change control board decisions • Forecast requirements, maintain project budgets, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions • Improve project delivery efficiency, quality, and predictability using AI-enabled tools and data-driven insights • Prioritize concurrent projects, track risks, and define mitigation and contingency plans • Identify resource requirements and ensure projects are properly staffed • Identify stakeholders and fulfill their communication requirements • Facilitate communication across project phases and ensure accountability • Serve as primary interface with the bank project manager • Educate team members on project management principles, methods, processes, and tools • Maintain current project management knowledge and share relevant information • Ensure project teams use IT-defined tools, standards, processes, and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive project management experience • Proven experience leading technical and non-technical resources • Experience managing large-scale projects with budgets exceeding $5MM • Global-scale experience preferred • Tier 1 client experience preferred • PMP certification preferred • Agile certification such as CSM, ACP, or SAFe preferred • Applicants must be located in Atlanta or immediate surrounding areas • Applicants residing in New York City or California will not be considered
