📋 Description

• Lead multiple small to large IT projects through all phases of the project lifecycle • Oversee data center migrations and cloud strategies • Analyze project scope, timelines, funding limitations, and delivery lifecycle • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and activities • Lead and motivate project teams and establish work plans • Define communication plans, develop risk mitigation plans, manage stakeholders, and maintain project documents • Direct and coordinate project personnel while managing schedules and budgets • Manage project P&L, including revenue, costs, margins, and profitability targets • Prepare project status reports and adjust schedules or plans as needed • Follow Myriad360’s project management processes and methodologies • Assist Program Managers on large programs and mentor junior team members • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Active PMP certification listed in the PMI registry • Understanding and experience with Layer 1 cabling and connectivity solutions • Minimum of eight years of progressive project management consulting experience • Experience managing client-facing technical projects with high-volume coordination and scheduling • Deep knowledge of project management methodologies, including PMI and Prince II • Demonstrated success managing multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment • Ability to lead and motivate diverse project teams • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience using a professional and diplomatic customer service approach with clients and stakeholders • Experience with data center technologies, including structured cabling, device rack, stack, patching, and troubleshooting solutions • Knowledge of data center and mission-critical environments • Ability to coach and mentor junior team members • Superior critical-thinking and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of communication techniques, uncertainty, and risk management • Competence in delegation techniques, including 5W1H and outcome clarity • Completion of ongoing security awareness training and compliance with company policies • Ability to identify and escalate security risks and contribute to remediation • Bachelor’s or master’s degree listed as desired, not required • Experience with mid-large-scale cloud migrations and hybrid cloud strategies • Understanding of firewalls, endpoint security, and Identity Access Management (IAM) • Experience with project planning tools such as Smartsheet or Clarizen • CISSP and/or CISM certifications preferred
