📋 Description
• Lead BIM strategy, standards, BEPs, and model governance. • Drive clash resolution & coordination across all trades. • Mentor and manage BIM teams to ensure high-quality delivery. • Collaborate closely with design and construction field teams. • Integrate BIM with 4D/5D planning and cost insights. • Ensure compliance with ISO 19650 and CDE workflows. • Support scan-to-BIM, digital twin, and as-built deliverables.
🎯 Requirements
• Autodesk Revit – compulsory • Autodesk Navisworks Manage – compulsory • Strong background in construction — field coordination / GC workflows • 7+ years in BIM roles with leadership responsibilities • Experience supporting construction execution, site coordination & RFIs • Knowledge of BIM 360 / ACC and real-time data collaboration • Bachelor’s/Master’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
