📋 Description
• Research local market trends in Arabic-speaking regions and propose and support creative growth initiatives • Improve the Arabic-language product experience by optimizing workflows, event formats, visual design, and content • Conduct cultural sensitivity reviews to align products with local preferences and enhance user satisfaction • Assist with local market, product, and user research • Analyze competitors’ localization strategies and benchmark leading local competitors • Report on local industry developments, competitor localization efforts, cryptocurrency-sector regulatory changes, and other significant events • Collaborate with mentors on Arabic-region localization operations tasks • Support smooth project execution and timely delivery
🎯 Requirements
• Native Arabic speaker • Strong English communication skills for effective cross-language collaboration • Familiarity with Arabic culture and market dynamics • Basic understanding of or keen interest in Web3 and cryptocurrency concepts • Proactive and innovative mindset • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to propose creative localization growth ideas • Availability to work 3–5 days per week • Flexibility to manage tasks efficiently
