BinSentry is a company that provides AI-enhanced, solar-powered, self-cleaning machine-vision sensors paired with a cloud-based subscription platform to monitor feed inventory in bins and silos for livestock and feed operations. They combine installed hardware, lifetime-warrantied equipment, and a managed service model (installation, maintenance, analytics, and critical event management) to give real-time, actionable inventory data that reduces feed waste, trucking and labor costs, and out-of-feed events for large agricultural customers.

📋 Description

• Travel to customer feed mills to conduct detailed surveys for BinSentry installations • Coordinate survey schedules and site access with customers • Inspect feed bins, site conditions, access, construction, and potential installation obstacles • Collect bin measurements, photos, notes, and installation requirements using tape and laser measures • Determine the appropriate sensor installation approach for each bin • Survey sites ranging from approximately 5 to 100+ bins, with visits typically lasting 2–8 hours • Review findings with customers and complete survey documentation and presentations • Represent BinSentry during customer site visits and explain survey and service activities • Coordinate site access and requirements, provide updates, and summarize completed work • Travel to sites and coordinate with contracting teams during installations and service visits • Monitor work against planned scope and verify sensors are properly installed and visible in the appropriate applications • Document completed work and communicate updates internally • Coordinate flights, rental vehicles, hotels, and local transportation • Prepare survey equipment and supplies and obtain additional materials as needed • Adjust travel plans based on changing customer or project requirements • Complete administrative and computer-based work between assignments or while traveling • Report to the Deployment Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable with climbing ladders and using small elevators • Not afraid of heights • Comfortable with frequent travel across the U.S. and Canada as needed • Experience in project coordination, scheduling, or operations support • Ag-tech or agricultural experience a plus • Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating across internal teams and external partners • Comfortable working with data and trackers to monitor status and flag issues • Basic proficiency with measurement tools (laser measure, tape measure) and electronic devices (smartphone, modem) a plus • Works well independently and in teams • Organized, detail-oriented, and diligent in record-keeping • Service-minded attitude and strong problem-solving capabilities • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously • Positive demeanor and collaborative spirit, with a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences • Central in the U.S. and/or Canada is preferred for ease of coordination and occasional travel to client sites
