📋 Description

• Coordinate translation projects for electronic clinical trial solutions, tracking timelines, deliverables, budgets, and project requirements • Communicate with clients, translation vendors, and cross-functional teams to provide updates, manage expectations, and address project challenges • Support translation workflows, including screenshot development, proofreading, quality control, vendor coordination, and resolution of technical issues • Assist with linguistic validation activities, regulatory submission requirements, licensing coordination, and translation-related change orders • Maintain project trackers and documentation, monitor project progress, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring compliance with applicable quality and regulatory standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience • 0–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project management, or related activities • Understanding of project management fundamentals, including planning, task coordination, timeline management, and stakeholder communication • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to build positive relationships with clients and cross-functional teams • Ability to manage competing priorities, respond to changing requirements, and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment • Proactive approach to learning, openness to feedback, and willingness to take initiative and develop new skills • Ability to work remotely within the United States and maintain Eastern Time Zone business hours
