📋 Description

• Engage with Key Medical Experts and healthcare professionals to communicate the clinical and scientific narrative for Biogen’s therapies. • Serve as a credible medical/scientific expert supporting clinical decision-making related to disease state and Biogen products. • Build deep, strategic, long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Act as a responsive, solutions-driven conduit to leaders in the medical community. • Engage in projects and initiatives aligned to US Medical strategy, objectives, and tactics. • Deliver against qualitative and quantitative medical excellence goals, standards, and measurements. • Execute Key Medical Expert engagement plans in collaboration with field and non-field colleagues. • Capture and report KME/HCP medical insights in Veeva accurately and consistently to inform medical and clinical strategies.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Scientific or Clinical degree is required; Doctoral (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP) level is strongly preferred. • 5+ years of Rheumatology/Dermatology Medical Science Liaison experience is required. • Must reside within the boundaries of the territory covering OH, MI, IN, WI, IL, MN, IA, MO, ND, SD, and NE. • Able to travel at least 60% of the time, including overnight and occasional weekend travel. • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. • Authorization and ability to drive a company leased vehicle or rental. • Preference for clinical experience and subject matter expertise in systemic and/or cutaneous lupus (CLE).
