📋 Description

• Support the development and execution of BioScript’s commercial strategy across specialty pharmacy services • Translate strategic priorities into actionable operational plans and workflows • Lead operational readiness for new service launches, relaunches, and partnership onboarding • Ensure alignment among Business Development, Strategic Partner Relations, field nurses, AccessLink, Operations, and Analytics teams • Track and monitor program performance, including KPIs, patient pull-through, and timelines • Identify root causes of underperformance and implement optimization plans • Drive consistency across regional operations • Develop and maintain workflows, budgets, and playbooks • Ensure scalable and repeatable processes • Partner with Field Nurses and AccessLink Managers to support process adoption • Support business reviews and client engagements • Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners • Provide operational insights and recommendations • Liaise between Commercial and cross-functional departments • Define KPIs aligned with commercial goals • Collaborate with the Data Analytics Manager to provide actionable insights • Support strategic decision-making • Develop, manage, and track budgets • Monitor operational expenses and alignment with targets • Support forecasting and variance analysis • Plan and track conference participation • Manage conference logistics with Marketing • Evaluate the ROI of conference participation

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience • 5–8+ years of experience in operations or commercial strategy • Experience in specialty pharmacy, patient support programs (PSPs), or pharmaceuticals • Experience with pharmaceutical partners • Strong understanding of operational workflows and patient journeys • Strong project management skills • Strategic and execution-oriented mindset • Operational excellence • Analytical thinking • Cross-functional leadership • Financial acumen • English proficiency required • French and English bilingualism may be required depending on the role, location, and organizational needs • For positions based in Quebec, French proficiency is required for day-to-day duties
