📋 Description

• Own the ticket queue from intake and triage through resolution and follow-through until users confirm the issue is resolved • Troubleshoot remote users' laptops, docks, monitors, webcams, keyboards, headsets, printers, and other peripherals • Resolve headset pairing, firmware, USB/Bluetooth, audio-device selection, and microphone issues • Support home printer driver installation, wireless setup, offline queues, and scan-to-email • Diagnose home Wi-Fi, wired networking, router, bandwidth, ISP, and remote-access-client issues • Troubleshoot softphone and VoIP call quality, audio routing, and network-related degradation • Configure and ship laptops, headsets, and peripherals; manage returns and replacements; maintain accurate asset records • Administer Microsoft Entra ID accounts, including password and MFA resets, group membership, license assignment, and sign-in log investigation • Handle Exchange Online shared mailbox and calendar permissions, distribution lists, delegate access, and quarantined mail • Onboard and offboard employees, including account creation, access provisioning, laptop shipment and enrollment, and complete offboarding • Create knowledge base documentation and clear ticket notes • Report to Henry Esparza

🎯 Requirements

• Real experience fixing remote hardware and peripherals, including laptops, printers, headsets, docks, and other equipment • Home network troubleshooting involving Wi-Fi, routers, ISP issues, VPN or remote access clients • Experience troubleshooting VoIP or softphone audio and call quality, including USB or Bluetooth headsets • Comfortable troubleshooting Windows and macOS laptops • Hands-on experience in a cloud-only Microsoft tenant using Azure and Microsoft 365 • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID user, MFA, group, license, and sign-in log administration • Experience with Exchange Online shared mailbox, calendar permissions, distribution groups, delegate access, message trace, and quarantine • Experience working with a ticketing system and documenting work • Clear written communication and patience when explaining fixes • Reliable home workspace and internet connection • One to two years in a help desk or desktop support role is typical, though less experience may be considered for strong candidates • Helpful but not required: Microsoft Intune or another macOS MDM, Freshservice or comparable ITSM, Webex/Teams or another enterprise calling platform, Salesforce user administration, basic PowerShell or interest in learning it, MS-900, AZ-900, or CompTIA A+
