📋 Description

• Lead multi-property operations and projects across the student housing portfolio • Provide operational oversight and financial management across multiple communities • Ensure consistency and alignment with organizational goals • Partner with property teams, regional leadership, and home-office support to optimize performance • Improve resident satisfaction and lead operational success • Report to the Vice President of Operations • Hire and train site teams to ensure properties are staffed and aligned with organizational goals • Partner with corporate HR and Training teams to onboard, develop, and address performance issues, including terminations • Oversee budgets, forecasts, net operating income, cost control, vendor management, and reporting • Lead leasing and marketing efforts while maintaining brand standards and fair-housing compliance • Monitor resident experience and address complaints, concerns, and requests • Collaborate on property maintenance, capital projects, and curb-appeal projects • Analyze operational trends, identify improvement opportunities, and implement performance-enhancing projects • Provide senior leadership with updates and recommendations on portfolio performance, staffing, and operational strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 5+ years of student housing property management experience • Regional or Area Management experience preferred, including new lease-ups and operating properties • Operational knowledge and project management skills • Experience managing remote teams • Must currently reside in the Southeast region or be open to relocation • Reside near a major airport with access to direct flights to destinations along the East Coast
