📋 Description

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults ages 2–26 • Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing patient progress assessments • Establish positive, trusting relationships with patients • Participate in clinical consultation and receive feedback and support • Collaborate with other specialty providers • Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation and patient records • Involve and advise family members or outside specialists when appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• Independently licensed as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW in Pennsylvania • One year of experience providing individual, direct-care therapy to children and adolescents • One year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting • Strong technical proficiency with Google Suite, EMR systems, and virtual platforms • Experience using evidence-based practices with children, adolescents, young adults, and families • Clinical judgment, communication, and documentation abilities • Flexibility to work after 4 p.m. Eastern Time on weekdays and/or weekends • Own a phone, computer, and high-speed internet if applicable as a 1099 contractor
