📋 Description

• Own the RCM strategy, operating model, and KPIs to maximize collections and drive clean claim performance • Lead end-to-end transformation across billing, denial reduction, A/R management, and insurance authorizations • Oversee delegated credentialing, payer enrollment, and senior-level payer escalation and relationship management • Partner with Finance and executive leaders on payer contracting, reimbursement strategy, and revenue forecasting • Optimize EHR/PM technology, including Athena, automation, and outsourced RCM vendor SLAs • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing RCM organization with clear ownership and operating rhythms • Lead and transform revenue cycle operations across billing, collections, A/R, denial management, credentialing, and payer enrollment • Serve as a strategic thought partner across Finance, Operations, and Clinical leadership to optimize cash flow, eliminate revenue leakage, build scalable systems, and strengthen payer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive healthcare revenue cycle management experience with significant leadership scope • Hands-on leadership in delegated credentialing and multi-state payer enrollment execution • Demonstrated success improving cash collections, lowering denial rates, and reducing A/R aging • Deep functional expertise with major PM/EHR platforms such as AthenaHealth, Epic, or eClinicalWorks • Experience supporting multi-site, multi-state healthcare organizations undergoing rapid scaling or operational change • Proven ability to manage, evaluate, and optimize external RCM vendor and technology partner relationships • Strategic RCM leadership connecting billing performance (DAR, A/R aging, clean claim rates) to business growth • Expertise in multi-state provider enrollment, credentialing, and delegated credentialing operations • Analytical problem-solving skills for claims, denials, and payer workflow bottlenecks • Strong executive presence and cross-functional alignment experience • Adaptability in building scalable operating models and controls in fast-growing healthcare environments • Deep understanding of healthcare compliance, HIPAA, and multi-site revenue integrity
