• Lead strategic consulting engagements that solve complex business challenges • Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and translate insights into actionable strategies • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to client stakeholders • Own and manage a portfolio of client accounts • Develop and execute account strategies that drive client value • Lead discovery, strategy development, and execution planning • Assess business opportunities and develop recommendations • Apply deep expertise in digital transformation and technology ecosystems • Collaborate with Consulting Leaders and delivery teams • Identify opportunities to improve consulting methodologies • Stay current on emerging technologies and represent BlastX Consulting
• 8+ years of experience in management consulting • Hands-on expertise in MarTech, customer experience, and data-driven decision-making • Experience working with C-level executives • Strong business acumen in digital transformation, marketing strategy, and analytics • Demonstrated experience owning the full client lifecycle • Experience negotiating contracts with mid-market or enterprise clients • Experience managing multiple accounts and competing priorities • Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills • Ability to lead multiple high-impact projects • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
