📋 Description

• Analyze the day-to-day maintenance of the Blattner operating system and process improvement program • Develop, refine, implement, train, and audit processes to increase outputs, capability, and efficiency • Improve and implement procedures and processes aligned with Blattner’s business goals • Participate in discussions with market segments and departments about standardized processes and procedures • Identify risks, process gaps, enhancements, and inefficiencies • Support implementation of new or changed processes by communicating with affected business areas • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, department, and project personnel to identify and alleviate pain points, gaps, interdependencies, and design future states

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, Engineering (Industrial or Manufacturing), or related field; or equivalent combinations of education and experience • Three (3) or more years of progressive related experience required, preferably in construction management, business management, industrial engineering, quality, safety, electrical, or similar type role • Be proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, and Outlook) • Ability to travel 15-35% of the time
