📋 Description

• Review and analyze proposals, agreements, and amendments for legal, policy, and business compliance • Identify contractual risks, liabilities, and unfavorable terms; recommend revisions and mitigation strategies • Draft, revise, and maintain contract documents with accuracy, clarity, and version control • Negotiate scope, deliverables, payment structures, and commercial conditions • Partner with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Project, and Business teams • Conduct periodic contract compliance audits, reviews, and process checks • Track renewals and expirations; support extensions and terminations • Resolve contract-related execution issues • Monitor relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards • Update templates and processes and support contract management best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or related field from an accredited institution AND four years of experience in a contract analyst, contract administration, or contract management role • OR High School Diploma/GED AND eight years of experience in a contract analyst, contract administration, or contract management role • Working knowledge of contract law, legal terminology, and compliance requirements • Ability to interpret complex contract language accurately • Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills • Ability to communicate contract concepts to non-legal audiences • Strong organization and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status
