📋 Description

• Support the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) organization’s Global Supply Chain teams • Support the Supplier Management scope of work and flex across Global Supply Chain teams • Configure, test, and implement changes within the domestic SAP S/4 environment • Act as a liaison for the Sector community regarding changes, enhancement requests, maintenance, and communications • Provide strategic direction • Balance production support, project demands, engagement, and systems administration • Support project planning, test development and execution, security design, documentation, change management, implementation, and go-live activities • Participate in defining, implementing, and optimizing automated systems and processes • Support special projects as required • Investigate issues in existing programs, review data conditions, write specifications, and work with programmers to resolve problems • Work with business process experts and SAP S/4 Team analysts on cross-functional projects • Participate in system and development deployment planning • Meet software compliance standards • Test Supplier Management and Global Supply Chain functionality for incidents, enhancements, upgrades, service pack implementations, and disaster recovery projects • Apply working knowledge of Ariba and MDG • Maintain system data for testing

🎯 Requirements

• 5 Years with relevant experience with a Bachelors; 3 Years with Masters; or 1 Year with PhD • Experience participating in SAP S/4 lifecycle implementations and/or production support • Working and technical knowledge of SAP S/4 Supplier Management • Working and technical knowledge of Ariba and MDG • Ability to extract and verify SAP table data • Advanced level knowledge of Supplier Management and Global Supply Chain processes and policies • Advanced level knowledge of Supplier Management and Global Supply Chain interdependencies with other functional areas • Strong Microsoft Excel and/or Access skills • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, written and oral communication skills • U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions
