📋 Description

• Partner with product owners, product managers, stakeholders, and end users to gather, analyze, and document business and product requirements • Translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable system designs • Conduct feasibility assessments and impact analyses and provide recommendations • Facilitate communication between technical and business teams • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software solutions using Quickbase, SQL, and other relevant technologies • Create and maintain functional specifications, process flows, data models, and system documentation • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and user experience • Support continuous improvement and identify opportunities to enhance systems and processes • Support products and applications throughout their lifecycle • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues • Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on business needs and user feedback • Provide support and knowledge sharing to team members and end users • Develop and execute test plans • Participate in system testing and support User Acceptance Testing activities • Identify, document, and resolve system defects and process issues • Create and maintain user guides, training materials, and support documentation • Deliver user training and support to maximize application features, reporting capabilities, and data quality

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience • Experience supporting, implementing, or enhancing business applications, software platforms, or enterprise systems • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Experience analyzing, modeling, and interpreting data to support business decision-making • Familiarity with relational databases, data structures, and application support methodologies • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment • Commitment to continuous learning, process improvement, and delivering high-quality customer-focused solutions • Curiosity, adaptability, and desire to contribute to individual and team success • Power BI experience is a plus • Quickbase or similar low-code/no-code platform experience is beneficial but not required
