📋 Description

• Identify title issues on real estate title products. • Identify and report items that affect title through or after the Loan Modification process on a real estate transaction. • Create and provide a grade sheet detailing title issues on the graded title report. • Review recorded documents for accuracy. • Address inquiries from the servicer and internal staff. • Maintain open communication with management and servicer. • Attend and participate in team meetings. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required. • Working knowledge of real estate title. • Proven customer service skills. • Basic computer skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft software products. • Ability to multitask. • Ability to meet daily production goals with a high level of accuracy. • Strong attention to detail. • Ability to meet tight deadlines. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to quickly learn new skills, processes and procedures. • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. • Must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
