• Responsible for designing, executing, and evaluating technical and craft training programs. • Serve as a performance partner to Operations, translating capability gaps into targeted interventions. • Build systems to support craft development and help Operations own outcomes. • Partner with field leaders to identify crew capability gaps and develop training responses. • Verifying that interventions translate into measurable performance and report results in operational terms.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, safety, training; or equivalent combinations of education and/or related field experience required. • 7 or more years of related experience in field-based technical instruction, craft training, or instructor development. • 3 or more years of experience supervising and directing people and other resources. • Ability to travel up to 50% as business needs require. • Working knowledge of apprenticeship program standards and instructor certification requirements.
