📋 Description

• Support execution of contracts with awardees • Maintain accurate records for grants administration projects • Support project management activities • Review grantee data for accuracy • Perform advanced review and validation of data in grants management databases and spreadsheets • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with submitted documentation • Identify and resolve discrepancies with attention to detail • Coordinate tasks in project management software • Maintain record-keeping systems • Manage and triage emails received through general mailboxes • Support schedule coordination • Execute and coordinate professional outreach to grantees and payment recipients • Partner with senior project leads on communication, issue resolution, and process continuity

• Must reside in California • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively • Knowledge of human-centered customer service concepts and practices • Strong attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong judgment and decision-making skills • Ability to balance independent problem-solving with timely escalation to management • Ability to take ownership and accountability • Ability to project manage, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality products on time with limited supervision
