📋 Description

• Support scheduling activities for assigned internal and external projects under the direction of project management or leadership. • Create, modify, and analyze resource-loaded Critical Path Method (CPM) project schedules. • Support earned value-related dashboards and metrics. • Ensure schedules meet client expectations and contractual requirements. • Build initial resource-loaded baseline schedules in compliance with CPM best practices and contract requirements. • Use P6 health check to validate schedules against applicable DCMA metrics. • Support schedule risk/range analysis. • Provide timely schedule updates and weekly resource leveling to ensure contract deliverable dates are met. • Apply predefined schedule change scenarios, document impacts, and escalate variances for mitigation planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field; or combinations of related education and experience required. • 2 or more years of experience in project scheduling or a combination of experience in construction and scheduling. • Must have experience with P6. • Must have the ability to travel up to 25%. • Experience in renewable energy or heavy industrial. • Experience with Acumen Fuse or cost processing software. • Valid, independent work authorization; Blattner is unable to sponsor H-1B visas or permanent residency.
