📋 Description

• Build initial baseline schedules for complex projects in compliance with Critical Path Method best practices, contract requirements, and Blattner policies • Use P6 health checks to validate schedules against applicable DCMA metrics • Support schedule risk/range analysis under the direction of the Senior Scheduler • Provide timely schedule updates to project teams and ensure contract deliverable dates are met • Perform weekly resource leveling • Apply predefined schedule change scenarios and document impacts • Escalate schedule variances for mitigation planning by project leadership • Develop contractually required and supplemental project reporting, including look-ahead, variance, and critical path reports • Collaborate with Operations and Project Management teams and Project Managers

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in construction management, Industrial Engineering Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field; or combinations of related education and experience required • Two or more years of experience in project scheduling or a combination of experience in construction and scheduling • Scheduling for Gas or Heavy Industrial experience is required • Ability to travel up to 25% • Expert with scheduling software (Primavera, Microsoft Project) • Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) • Working knowledge of Risk Analysis software (Primavera Risk, Acumen Risk, Risk, Safran, etc.) • Working knowledge of analytical tools (Acumen Fuse, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
