📋 Description

• Oversee and manage warranty repair efforts and the full warranty/claims process for assigned projects. • Coordinate service agreements and contracts. • Support budget tracking, managing purchase orders, invoicing, and billing. • Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve claims efficiently and accurately. • Maintain strong relationships while ensuring all warranty work is completed on time and within budget.

🎯 Requirements

• A four-year degree in construction management, engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of training and experience. • Two to five years of construction related experience required. • Construction warranty experience preferred. • Skill in accounting (math and record-keeping). • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, Outlook, Visio). • Possess effective oral, presentational, and written communication skills. • Organize and prioritize numerous tasks.
