📋 Description

• Own end-to-end design for key product flows, from discovery through delivery, with minimal oversight • Translate complex, ambiguous requirements into intuitive, user-centered experiences • Create high-quality deliverables including flows, wireframes, prototypes, and specifications ready for implementation • Apply visual and interaction design skills to deliver polished, scalable solutions • Ensure alignment with design systems, accessibility standards, and established frameworks • Maintain a high bar for craft and improve quality and consistency • Partner cross-functionally to define problems, shape solutions, and prioritize work • Contribute to UX strategy and roadmap alignment • Use data and research to inform decisions and validate solutions • Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints • Identify risks and opportunities, mitigating or escalating as needed • Make recommendations to influence product direction • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional partners • Communicate design decisions, tradeoffs, and rationale to stakeholders • Facilitate alignment through workflows, prototypes, and user stories • Partner with Engineering to understand constraints and ensure quality implementation • Work with Product and Project Management to plan and deliver outcomes • Contribute to critiques, reviews, and product demos • Help evolve team practices, workflows, and standards • Advocate for user-centered design • Present work, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership • Mentor and support junior designers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or related field • Strong visual and interaction design skills with high attention to detail • Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, and library usage • Experience working within and contributing to established design systems • Experience designing enterprise or transactional systems (e.g., complex workflows, internal tools) • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design process and shipped outcomes • Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers and Engineers to deliver solutions • Ability to translate complex requirements into clear, user-centered experiences • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences • Comfortable presenting work and rationale to stakeholders at various levels • Ability to navigate ambiguity in complex environments with a solution-oriented mindset • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of work and operate with increasing autonomy
