📋 Description

• Full-spectrum responsibility for installing, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure • Technical expertise in making disparate applications communicate via APIs and workflow automation tools • Provides expert-level guidance on complex technical issues as primary escalation point • Proven ability to deliver technical solutions collaboratively across different business units

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain complex IT systems • Proficiency in managing a mixed-platform environment, with expert-level troubleshooting and administration skills specifically tailored to macOS • Hands-on administration experience within a modern cloud-first stack, including Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack • Practical experience navigating the AWS Admin Portal • High level of written and verbal clarity for documentation • Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools to automate routine tasks • A proactive 'builder' mindset with enthusiasm for tech trends
