📋 Description

• Design, implement, and oversee Bloomwell's clinical training and professional development programs across all regions • Ensure high-quality onboarding, competency-based training, and ongoing professional development for clinical services teammates • Partner with Clinical Directors, Clinic Success Managers, Clinical Leads, and executive leadership to build standardized training systems • Lead Bloomwell's Clinical Residency and Fieldwork Program • Oversee BT/RBT clinical onboarding programs, including schedules, competency completion, and quality assurance • Ensure standardized onboarding across clinics and regions • Facilitate onboarding weeks as needed • Manage sister site training and off-cycle BT onboarding • Coordinate completion of structured 30-day training plans • Develop onboarding schedules, competency timelines, and training workflows • Monitor onboarding outcomes and implement continuous improvements • Assist with Bloomwell Skills Competency evaluations and remediation planning • Use competency data to identify organizational training needs • Create and improve training materials aligned with evolving state-specific standards and payor requirements • Review Clinical Residency Program applications • Lead orientations for incoming trainees and residents • Track fieldwork hours monthly for BACB compliance • Coordinate transitions from trainee to resident roles • Lead group supervision meetings according to BACB standards • Coach BCBAs in supervision skills, feedback delivery, ethical supervision, and competency-based evaluation • Advise supervisors and residents on fieldwork requirements, documentation, and best practices • Develop and maintain a clinic-ready curriculum across Bloomwell locations • Design BACB Task List-aligned competency-based projects • Lead journal clubs and promote evidence-based practice • Develop and deliver continuing education opportunities • Provide quarterly PDUs • Support career pathway identification and leadership development initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing • Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a BCBA • Demonstrated experience supervising RBTs and BCBA trainees • Experience designing or delivering clinical training programs • Strong presentation and facilitation skills • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities • Passion for mentorship, coaching, and leadership development • Active BCBA licensure where required • Licensed, or willing to obtain licensure, in all states served by Bloomwell (Minnesota, Nebraska, and North Carolina) • Willingness to travel approximately 40% • Pass a drug screening as needed • Availability to work across Central and Eastern time zones • Pass a background check in all of Bloomwell's regions • Telehealth experience preferred • Ability to sit for extended periods • Ability to stand, walk, and move within the clinic environment as needed • Ability to move quickly in response to patient needs • Ability to lift 30 pounds when necessary • Capability to use a computer and other office equipment for documentation and data analysis • Manual dexterity to handle small objects and materials used in therapy • Ability to work in a clinic setting with varying noise levels, temperature conditions, and potential allergens
