📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, with a focus on desktop flows. • Build integrations between systems using APIs, connectors, and custom services. • Develop reusable automation components and frameworks to accelerate delivery. • Integrate Power Automate solutions with core business systems, databases, and third-party platforms. • Collaborate with engineering and data teams to ensure secure and reliable data exchange. • Support backend integrations using SQL, REST APIs, and other enterprise integration patterns. • Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and redesign them for efficiency and scalability. • Partner with stakeholders and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Deliver measurable improvements in cycle time, accuracy, and cost reduction. • Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and enterprise architecture policies. • Implement monitoring, logging, and error-handling strategies for automation solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in automation engineering or workflow development. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, particularly desktop flows. • Experience integrating applications via APIs, connectors, or middleware. • Strong understanding of data sources such as SQL databases and cloud services. • Experience with version control and deployment practices. • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus. • Familiarity with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus) is a plus. • Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. • Experience in financial services or insurance environments is a plus. • Exposure to data protection and compliance frameworks (e.g., DLP policies) is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented, quality-focused mindset. • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to work independently. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
