📋 Description

• Manage and oversee cybersecurity training and capability-development programs • Ensure execution aligns with program objectives, contractual requirements, scope, quality, schedule, and available resources • Translate program objectives and requirements into executable work plans • Establish integrated schedules for training, curriculum development, exercises, assessments, stakeholder engagements, and deliverables • Coordinate cybersecurity subject-matter experts, instructors, curriculum specialists, technical personnel, and supporting staff • Monitor program performance and execution, identifying issues, dependencies, scheduling conflicts, and resource constraints • Implement corrective actions and coordinate interagency and partner-nation activities • Maintain stakeholder coordination and situational awareness • Coordinate technical inputs and program-level deliverables, including briefings, reports, training products, and assessments • Oversee cybersecurity training delivery and performance • Track participation, assessments, outcomes, and progress toward partner-nation capability objectives • Support personnel integration and team effectiveness, including onboarding, resource coordination, conflict resolution, and collaboration across technical and program teams

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizen • Formal training or professional development in project management fundamentals, stakeholder coordination, and schedule management • 5+ years of progressive experience managing technical or international training programs • Experience coordinating activities with Embassy, Partner Nation leadership, and interagency stakeholders • Demonstrated experience supporting international programs or international engagement • Experience supporting programs in low-resource environments • Ability to develop and maintain integrated project schedules, calendars, milestones, dependencies, action-item trackers, and deliverables timelines • Ability to monitor progress, identify schedule impacts, and coordinate corrective actions for program execution and risk management • Experience briefing leadership and U.S. customer • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to develop professional reports, training materials, policy products, briefings, and other program deliverables for government and interagency audiences • Ability and willingness to travel OCONUS (Bahamas) for short-duration temporary duty assignments • PMP or Prince2 certification preferred
