📋 Description
• Oversee and direct clinical quality, medical excellence, team-based care, clinical productivity and efficiency • Lead and develop group and local hospital medical directors and the Divisional Nursing Partner • Ensure development of medical leaders creates a pipeline of talent to support organizational growth • Direct and plan the medical operations of a defined region to maximize returns on investments and increase productivity • Actively contribute to the development of practice guidelines and care protocols
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years of clinical practice experience as an emergency or board-certified specialty clinician • 5+ years of people leadership experience with oversight of multiple hospitals and/or revenues exceeding $100MM • Bachelor’s Degree, DVM, and successful completion of 1-year rotating internship required
