📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs spanning engineering, product, and operations from kickoff through launch • Turn ambiguous initiatives into concrete plans with milestones, owners, dependencies, and risks, and keep those plans honest as reality changes • Run program communication, including crisp status, early escalation of risks, and decision logs • Coordinate launches involving personal health data, ensuring privacy, security, and compliance reviews are scheduled and completed before shipment • Manage timelines with external partners including labs, pharmacies, wearables, and payments • Improve intake, prioritization, and release coordination without adding bureaucracy • Sit at the center of engineering, product, and operations and own delivery of telehealth and prescription product launches, biomarker and wearable platform work, and integrations with labs, pharmacies, and commerce systems

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years as a Technical Program Manager or similar at a software or hardware product company • Engineering background such as a CS/EE (or similar) degree or prior hands-on engineering role • Ability to follow an architecture discussion and pressure-test an estimate • Track record of running multi-team programs end to end, including at least one you can walk through in detail from kickoff to launch • Excellent written communication • Experience in health, medical, or another regulated domain: telehealth, medical devices, diagnostics, or products handling health data (HIPAA/FDA-adjacent) • PMI-ACP/PMP or equivalent formal program management training • Big-company program rigor (Meta/Amazon/Google-scale) that you've since applied, or want to apply at a smaller company • Programs that spanned hardware and software (devices, wearables, lab or logistics integrations) • Startup experience — comfortable being the only TPM and building the function from scratch
