📋 Description

• Define clinically excellent AI output standards and measurable criteria for supported product surfaces • Design and maintain clinical evaluation suites with test cases, scoring rubrics, benchmarks, and regression-identification processes • Ground product standards in evidence-based practice and real-world care delivery • Work hands-on with prompts, models, and product workflows to improve quality and analyze failure modes • Set clinical standards for handling high-acuity content in AI-assisted workflows • Drive ambiguous clinical-product initiatives from problem definition through shippable plans • Partner with product, engineering, design, customers, and clinical leaders to translate workflows and needs into product requirements • Develop reusable clinical-quality methodologies for AI product development

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a licensed behavioral health clinician • Direct-care experience and strong clinical judgment • Fluency in evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, DBT, and MI • Experience selecting, adapting, and evaluating clinical interventions • Experience with measurement-based care and using outcomes and progress data to guide treatment • Experience assessing clinical risk, including suicidality and higher-acuity presentations • Understanding of responsible clinical documentation and escalation • Understanding of clinical workflows, treatment planning, caseload management, and time pressure • Experience contributing to AI-enabled, digital health, or similarly technical clinical initiatives • Comfort evaluating and improving generative AI systems through prompt iteration, structured evaluation, output review, and failure-mode analysis • Ability to translate clinical nuance into product requirements and measurable quality standards • Ability to communicate with clinical leaders and enterprise customers and explain product decisions with sound clinical reasoning • Curiosity, analytical ability, proactivity, and comfort with early-stage ambiguity • Training or applied experience in clinical research, program evaluation, or implementation science is a plus
