📋 Description

• Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and creative initiatives. • Partner with Marketing, Creative, Product, and E-Commerce teams to keep projects on track. • Lead project management ceremonies, including monthly planning sessions, stand-ups, and campaign retrospectives. • Manage and maintain detailed project plans using established processes and tools. • Manage day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns and creative initiatives from kickoff through delivery. • Coordinate intake, planning, prioritization, and execution of creative requests, clarifying ownership, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. • Maintain project plans, timelines, and task statuses in Asana. • Monitor project health, identify risks, remove blockers, and communicate timeline changes or dependencies to stakeholders. • Facilitate kick-off meetings, regular check-ins, retrospectives, and stakeholder communications. • Improve project management processes, workflows, templates, and documentation to increase team efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 2-4 years of project coordination or project management experience, preferably supporting marketing or creative teams. • Experience in education, publishing, or agency environments is a plus. • Experience using project management platforms; Asana experience required by the stated platform responsibility, JIRA experience a plus. • Ability to build strong working relationships and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority. • Exemplary organizational, prioritization, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with cross-functional teams in a remote working environment. • Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to follow-up, problem-solving, and driving projects to completion. • Must have required U.S. employment authorization status; Blueprint participates in E-Verify and can only hire U.S.-based employees.
