📋 Description

• Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding processes for full-time and part-time team members using ADP Workforce Now and Asana • Handle state-specific compliance paperwork for end-of-year 2027 updates • Monitor ACA compliance reports in ADP Workforce Now and offer full-time benefits to eligible part-time employees • Oversee leave tracking and answer employee questions about leave processes • Maintain compliance-training tracking, schedule assignments, and follow up via EasyLlama • Keep job descriptions organized, formatted, and up to date • Train with the People Ops Generalist during the first month, document key workflows, and support a smooth handoff upon their return

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in People Operations, HR Support, or HR Generalist roles • Tech-forward and quick to pick up new tools • Prior experience with ADP Workforce Now, Asana, or EasyLlama is a plus but not required • Highly organized, proactive, and reliable in managing administrative tasks and employee records • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Friendly, welcoming, and empathetic approach to supporting teammates • Comfortable working fully remote and managing day-to-day tactical priorities independently
