📋 Description

• Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting • Provide direct patient care • Conduct patient assessments • Develop treatment plans • Prescribe medications as necessary • Ensure patient care complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards • Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals • Participate in regular staffing with collaborating therapists to discuss patient cases or clinical topics • Attend virtual clinical team meetings and clinical conferences • Build care teams by matching with eligible psychotherapists

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a PMHNP license • Open to licensing in alternative states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA • Prior work as a PMHNP preferred but not required • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals • Solid computer and basic technology skills • Strong clinical background in psychiatry • Strong background in the diagnosis of psychiatric disorders and psychopharmacological treatments • Familiarity with non-pharmacological interventions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organizational and time management skills • Attend at least one clinical conference per week for the first 90 days of employment, then one monthly
