📋 Description

• Conduct remote 60-minute psychiatry assessments and 30-minute follow-up sessions combining medication management and brief psychotherapeutic support • Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in accordance with state and federal regulations • Integrate brief psychotherapy when clinically appropriate • Partner with therapists through the shared EHR system and consultation spaces • Collaborate with physicians and clinical leadership and provide feedback to shape clinical care • Use data-informed tools and measurement-based care to tailor treatment plans and improve outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) • Active DEA license in a state served by Two Chairs • Willingness and motivation to become licensed in other states • 2+ years of experience providing mental health services as a PMHNP • Experience with remote, outpatient telepsychiatry with adults • Passion for high-quality, measurement-based, collaborative care
