📋 Description

• Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting • Provide direct patient care • Conduct patient assessments • Develop treatment plans • Prescribe medications as necessary • Ensure patient care complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards • Join a team composed of therapists and a prescriber through the onboarding matching process • Collaborate regularly with therapists, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics • Attend clinical conferences four times a week, with required attendance initially and monthly thereafter

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a PMHNP license • Open to licensing in alternative states • Prior work as a PMHNP preferred but not required • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals • Solid computer and basic technology skills • Strong clinical background in psychiatry • Strong background in diagnosing psychiatric disorders and psychopharmacological treatments • Familiarity with non-pharmacological interventions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organizational and time management skills • Attend at least one clinical conference per week for the first 90 days of employment; thereafter, attend one monthly
