📋 Description

• Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting • Provide direct patient care • Conduct patient assessments • Develop treatment plans • Prescribe medications as necessary • Ensure patient care complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards • Practice autonomously in the best interest of patients • Join a team consisting of multiple therapists and a prescriber • Collaborate with therapists through regular staffing at least monthly • Attend clinical conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a PMHNP license • Open to licensing in alternative states • Prior work as a PMHNP preferred but not required • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals • Solid computer and basic technology skills • Strong clinical background in psychiatry • Strong background in diagnosis of psychiatric disorders and psychopharmacological treatments • Familiarity with non-pharmacological interventions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organizational and time management skills • Attend at least one clinical conference per week during the first 90 days of employment; thereafter, attend one monthly
