📋 Description

• Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting • Provide direct patient care and conduct patient assessments • Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications as necessary • Ensure care complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards • Join teams composed of multiple therapists and a prescriber • Meet eligible psychotherapists during onboarding and match with a team • Staff regularly with collaborating therapists, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics • Perform clinical work from home • Attend virtual clinical team meetings and required clinical conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Active PMHNP license in at least one served state: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, or WA • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Prior PMHNP experience preferred but not required • Must not own or operate a private practice • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse healthcare professionals • Strong computer skills and comfort using EHRs, telehealth platforms, and basic technology • Strong clinical background in psychiatry and behavioral health • Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorder diagnosis and treatment and psychopharmacological interventions • Familiarity with non-pharmacological and evidence-based behavioral health interventions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to provide patient-centered, evidence-based, collaborative psychiatric care in a telehealth environment • Attend at least one clinical conference weekly during the first 90 days; thereafter, attend one monthly
