📋 Description

• Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting • Provide direct patient care • Conduct patient assessments • Develop treatment plans • Prescribe medications as necessary • Ensure patient care complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards • Collaborate with therapists and participate in regular staffing to discuss patient cases or clinical topics • Join a team composed of multiple therapists and a prescriber • Attend clinical conferences four times a week, with required attendance at least once weekly initially and monthly thereafter

🎯 Requirements

• Active PMHNP license in at least one served state: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, or WA • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed to support patient access • Prior experience working as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) is preferred but not required • Must not own or operate a private practice • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals • Strong computer skills and comfort using EHRs, telehealth platforms, and other basic technology • Strong clinical background in psychiatry and behavioral health • Strong knowledge of the diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders and psychopharmacological interventions • Familiarity with non-pharmacological and evidence-based behavioral health interventions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to provide patient-centered, evidence-based, and collaborative psychiatric care in a telehealth environment • Required attendance at least one clinical conference per week for the first 90 days of employment, then one monthly
