📋 Description

• Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting • Provide direct patient care and conduct patient assessments • Develop treatment plans • Prescribe medications as necessary • Deliver care in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards • Practice autonomously in the patient's best interest • Collaborate with therapists and prescribers in multidisciplinary teams • Meet with collaborating therapists at least monthly to discuss patient cases or clinical topics • Participate in virtual clinical team meetings and clinical conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Active PMHNP license in at least one served state: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, or WA • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Prior PMHNP experience preferred but not required • Must not own or operate a private practice • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse healthcare professionals • Strong computer skills and comfort using EHRs, telehealth platforms, and basic technology • Strong clinical background in psychiatry and behavioral health • Strong knowledge of psychiatric disorder diagnosis and treatment and psychopharmacological interventions • Familiarity with non-pharmacological and evidence-based behavioral health interventions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to provide patient-centered, evidence-based, collaborative psychiatric care in a telehealth environment • Attend at least one clinical conference per week during the first 90 days; thereafter attend one monthly
