📋 Description

• Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting • Provide direct patient care • Conduct patient assessments • Develop treatment plans • Prescribe medications as necessary • Ensure patient care complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards • Practice autonomously in the best interest of patients • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and therapists • Attend clinical conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a PMHNP license in TN • Open to licensing in alternative states: AZ, CO, IA, IL, MA, MD, MN, MS, NC, OH, TN, TX, WA • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals • Strong computer and technology skills • Strong clinical background in psychiatry • Strong background in the diagnosis of psychiatric disorders and psychopharmacological treatments • Familiarity with non-pharmacological interventions • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills • Required to attend at least one clinical conference per week for the first 90 days of employment; thereafter, required to attend one monthly
