📋 Description

• Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting • Provide direct patient care • Conduct patient assessments • Develop treatment plans • Prescribe medications as necessary • Ensure patient care complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards • Practice autonomously in the patient's best interest • Participate in virtual clinical team meetings • Attend clinical conferences four times weekly, with required attendance of at least one per week for the first 90 days and one monthly thereafter

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a PMHNP license in Tennessee • Open to licensing in Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Minnesota, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of healthcare professionals • Strong computer and technology skills • Strong clinical background in psychiatry • Strong background in diagnosing psychiatric disorders and psychopharmacological treatments • Familiarity with non-pharmacological interventions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Organizational and time management skills • Attend at least one virtual clinical conference per week during the first 90 days of employment, then one monthly
